Christopher D. Sposato, is the Chairman and President of Integrity Business Services Limited, which provides specialized management consulting and legal advisory services to international companies, including business and product development advice, assistance with capital raising, and other related services.

Prior to founding Integrity, Mr. Sposato served as General Counsel to, and in various executive management positions with, Commercial Risk Partners Group and its reinsurance subsidiaries where he was responsible for all corporate and operational legal issues, as well as numerous executive management tasks ranging from client relations, business and product development, and financing and security issues (1992 – 2004).  During this period, Mr. Sposato was also the founder and architect of the North Shore Group, a specialized property catastrophe and casualty reinsurance company that provided distinct benefits for its reinsured clients that presaged those available through “non captive captives(©),” cat bonds, insurance linked securities and side-cars.  He served as President and Director of both North Shore Limited and its subsidiary, North Shore Reinsurance Company, for the period from 1994 through 2004.

Before joining Commercial Risk, Mr. Sposato was a Senior Associate in the New York City office of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae (1986 – 1992), and an Associate at Burlingham Underwood & Lord (1984 – 1986).
